Refund Policy

All GRN purchases are final. GRN are digital content credited to your treasury the moment payment is confirmed - and used by the game in that same instant: every purchase immediately recounts the rating for the “King of the World” title. The product is delivered and consumed at once, and the points can never be converted back. By completing checkout you ask for immediate delivery and - where the law allows that waiver - give up the statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content. Where a consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it in full.

• Being outranked or dethroned, or someone else buying more GRN than you.
• GRN you sent to another player - donations are final for both sides.
• GRN received by a profile that is later removed for breaking the rules.
• Unspent GRN when you delete your account, when your account is closed for breach, or if the Service is discontinued.
• Simply changing your mind after the GRN were delivered, to the extent the law permits.

If something actually went wrong, we want to fix it. Write to support@king-of-the.world if:

• You paid and the GRN never arrived in your treasury.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You believe the charge was unauthorised (for example, someone else used your card).
• A mandatory consumer right where you live entitles you to a refund.

Include the email on your account and the receipt or payment reference from your confirmation email. We aim to reply within a few business days.

Payments are processed by Stripe (https://stripe.com). Any refund we issue goes through Stripe back to your original payment method - we never see your card details. If a purchase is refunded, the GRN it bought are removed from the treasury they were credited to. Chargebacks without a legally required basis are a breach of the Terms.
